Whimcu "the App" provides customer and product analytics data "the Service" to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how your information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.
When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account. We are able to read your store information such as the number of customers visiting your store, product details listed on your store, sales data over a period of time, and the source from where your customer visited your store.
We use the information we collect from you and your customers in order to provide the Service and to operate the App.
We track some of your information using a third party service called Google Analytics. The data in Google Analytics is just used to generate reports and metrics for you. We do not or in future intend to distribute this data to any external source.
Finally, we may also share your Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

When you install Whimcu and configure the settings to use Google Analytics, we will maintain your information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
